[JJCF] info wanted Spinal fusion & decompression

Hello everyone out there

3 months ago I had the above done.(January)

Still experiencing pain in lower back & am very disheartened.

Have had Physio but nothing seems to help.

If I am sitting or lying down, there is NO pain but as soon as I stand up & walk around .... PAIN !

I walk with the assistance of a walker

Am I expecting too much after 3 months ?

If anyone has had this operation , can you please enlighten me with your experience

I would be so grateful to get feedback.
